ANNOUNCEMENT

WKD have been hard at work preparing for the Deliveroo promotion. Due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, we have not been able to produce all the promotional packs we had planned. As a result, WKD Pink Gin promotional packs are no longer featuring in this promotion as advertised on other WKD promotional packs.

WKD Pink Gin is still available to purchase as normal but standard packs can’t be used to participate in this promotion.

As WKD Pink Gin promotional packs will not be available, we would like to update our customers about an important change in the number of winning codes in circulation.

Our WKD promotional packs state there are 43,750 promotional Deliveroo codes available to be won. This number has now reduced to 35,000 promotional Deliveroo codes available to be won as WKD Pink Gin will no longer feature in this promotion.

WKD is still giving customers a 1:4 chance of winning £10 Deliveroo credit when you purchase a WKD 10 x 275ml pack of WKD Blue or Mixed. Your chances of winning further £100 Deliveroo credit in our weekly draws with WKD remain the same.

How to Enter

Win £10 Deliveroo credit for immediate use plus automatic entry to win £100 Deliveroo credit in our weekly draws

To enter the competition, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open to UK, NI residents aged 18+. Purchase required except in Northern Ireland.
    1. Purchase a promotional WKD 10 x 275ml pack of either WKD Blue, WKD Pink or WKD Mixed between 13.04.2020-07.08.2020, retaining your receipt as proof of purchase from participating retailers. Maximum 4 entries allowed for the promotion per email address using unique codes for each entry. All winning codes valid until 28.02.2021.
    2. Locate your unique 8-digit alphanumeric code on the inside of your pack.
    3. Prizes available to be won: 35,000 x win £10 to spend at Deliveroo to be won plus total of 18 x £100 prizes to spend at Deliveroo awarded 1 x £100 per week for 18 weeks. Although all 35,000 x £10 Deliveroo Prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee they will all be won.
    4. To see if Deliveroo delivers in your area, check your postcode at Deliveroo.co.uk
    5. Visit www.winwithwkd.com to enter the code to see if you are a winner and complete your details to be automatically entered the weekly draw for your chance to win £100 Deliveroo credit.
    6. Northern Ireland: No purchase required. Please enter your details on the website where indicated. Once your details are received and your IP is verified, a unique code will be entered on your behalf and you will be entered in the next available weekly draw. Please note that 4 unique codes can be requested and for each draw period to a maximum of 4 entries per household/IP address. You may be required to verify your address if you are a winner.

Notifying Winners

  1. £10 Deliveroo credit winners: If your unique code is a winner you will see a confirmation message on screen and a unique Deliveroo promotional code for £10 credit against a Deliveroo order will be sent to your email, ready to use immediately.
  2. £100 Deliveroo credit weekly draw winners: If you are a winner of the weekly draw, a unique Deliveroo promotional code for £100 credit against a Deliveroo order will be sent to your email within 2 days of the draw, ready to use immediately.
  3. Prizes available to be won: 35,000 x £10 to spend at Deliveroo and £100 to spend at Deliveroo will be awarded each via 13 draws must be won.
  4. Draws to take place weekly from 17.04.2020
  5. Each draw will take place within 2 days of the weekly draw closing date. See full terms for draw dates and times.
    1. Last entries into the weekly draw must be registered by 23:59:59 on 07.08.2020.

  10. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

  3. There are 35,000 x £10 prizes available to be won plus a total of 18 x £100 prizes, awarded as 1 x £100 prize each week for 18 weeks to spend at Deliveroo which must be won.
  4. Enter the unique code for a chance to win £10 to spend at Deliveroo and be entered automatically, on registration, a weekly draw to win £100 to spend at Deliveroo. Maximum 4 entries allowed for the promotion per email address using unique codes for each entry.

Allocation of Prizes and Prize Draws

  1. £10 Deliveroo credit: 35,000 winning codes have been randomly pre-selected via a secure, independently verified computer system.  Although all 35,000 £10 Deliveroo Prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee they will all be won.
  2. £100 Deliveroo credit Prize Draws: a maximum of 18 Prize Draws will take place to award 1 x £100 Prize per draw will be made from entries across the following dates:

    1. Final draw: takes place on 28.08.2020 for all final entries to win £100 to spend at Deliveroo and will include any remaining £100 Deliveroo prizes unclaimed in the previous draws.
  3. The winner of each Prize Draw will be drawn at random by verified selection process that produces independently verifiable results from the database of all valid entries submitted by entrants before each draw closing date.

Winner Selection & Notification

  1. £10 Deliveroo credit winners: each Winner will be notified on screen if they are a winner and details of how to access £10 to spend at Deliveroo sent to the email address provided with a unique promotional code that can only be used once.
  2. £100 Deliveroo credit Prize Draw winners: each winner will be notified within 2 days of each draw date via email with details of how to access £100 to spend at Deliveroo, sent to the email address provided with a unique promotional code that can only be used once. Emails will only be sent to winners. Please note you will not receive an email to confirm entry into the prize draw.
  3. Geographical restrictions may apply; please check your postcode on Deliveroo.co.uk to see if Deliveroo delivers in your area.
  4. Winners have until 23:59:59 28.02.2021 to redeem their prizes via a Deliveroo order. All winning promotional codes will expire after 28.02.2021. 
  5. Winners will be asked to confirm all details supplied at time of entry and confirm their permission to include surname and county in winners details published after the promotion closes. Winners may opt to remove or minimise any details published publicly as a result of this promotion.
  6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to check junk / spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 5 days of it being sent. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email is missed / not read because it was in their junk folder.
  7. In the event we are unable to contact winners of prizes from unique code and prize draws due to incorrect email or mobile details supplied at the time of entry, their prize may be relinquished. If required, an email message prompt will be made to request further details but if after 5 days, these details are not provided or confirmed, the Promoter reserves the right to use reserve winners drawn at the time of each draw and unique code winners will not be reallocated. Any unclaimed prize draw winners will be allocated to the final draw on 28.08.2020.

The Prizes

There is a total prize fund of £351,800 distributed as 35,000 x £10 to spend at Deliveroo available to be won plus a further 18 x £100 Deliveroo credits, awarded as 1 x £100 credits each week for 18 weeks that must be won in a total of 18 draws.

Each £10 Deliveroo spend prize is pre-allocated through unique codes on pack, consisting of £10 Deliveroo spend to be used against any Deliveroo order. A total of 140,000 unique codes are featured on special promotional packs of WKD. No minimum spend applies and credit can be used across more than one order. £10 Prize applied to the account to which the promotional code is applied.

Each £100 Deliveroo credit prize allocated through weekly prize draws consists of £100 credit to be used against any Deliveroo order. No minimum spend applies and credit can be used across more than one order. Credit applied to the account to which the promotional code is applied.

No alternatives or cash alternatives are available.

Deliveroo promotional codes can be applied to any Deliveroo account.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

Prizes are not for re-sale. Deliveroo promotional codes can be used only once. Codes expire after 23:59:59 28.02.2021.

General

  1. Each Winner will be required to confirm if their details can be used in publication of Winners Lists. Any Winner opting to have their details removed or minimised will be reflected in the Winners List details made available to the public on request. All Winners details are retained by the Promoter for prize validation and verification.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to use prize winners’ information in any marketing and publicity materials which they may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will participate in any publicity or other promotional activities as they may reasonably request without any further recompense.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  8. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  9. English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  10. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
